we are ofcourse disappointed in the fact that you are not happy with the product.
But maybe there is a production mistake in the product? Or it got damaged during transportation?
Whatever it may be, we didn't receive any reply form you via email so we could take a loot at this case and possibly solve it very easily with a new/correct product.
You have written this review, instead of contacting us via email. This would have been a much more efficient and pleasant solution for the both of us, right?
We can't determin what is exactly wrong with the product because we never received an email, photo, expenation or whatever about the issue.
So this is what we would like to ask you to do, so we can solve this for you.
I hope you understand that writing a review via this platform is not the way to solve a ''warranty'' product issue. This is a platform to give your review at the end of the process, after ordering, delivery, aftersales and not to start a warranty claim.
