I've ordered a few different parts from A4H over the last couple of months and I've never been disappointed. They seem to stock anything you could ever want for Hondas from all the big brands. Of course it is difficult to have everything on the shelf ready to go, but when there is a small delay I have always been updated quickly. My most recent order of Skunk2 radiator hoses for a P72 head is on its way and looking forward to installing. I recommended A4H to a friend several weeks ago and he was surprised with how quickly his order got processed and arrived.

My experience is very disappointed. i order one item to them then they send me the wrong one. i’ve wait it for almost 2 weeks the i received the wrong one. they dont even check it before they sent the item.
Hello Eugene, thank you for your email. This is not the wrong item you received. It's the right item but the image in our shop is an example and doesn't indicate exactly how the clutch kit looks like. Even the release bearing is not ''exactly the same'' but you will understand by looking at the picture that you will receive an organic clutch kit, with pressure plate and release bearing. That is the purpose of the image. We have also mentioned in our terms and conditions that the images we use are not always the exact products and sometimes generic images are being used because many brands don't have the exact image of the product either. This is the same case with Exedy. So i hope you understand that there is nothing wrong with the product, it will do the trick. Shipping the order took longer than normal because: 1: You choose for a bank transfer payment (always takes a few days before that payment arrives) and orders who pay immediatelly via credit card or paypal have first choice for shipping from our stock. We had to wait 3 days before we could process your order (receiving the payment) and in the meantime the clutch kit got sold to someone else. We also told you that orders who get paid immediatelly first come, first serve. 2: You ordered during our Autumn sale with 15% discount on for example the Exedy product and 10% on the ACT product and processing the order took 1 day extra because of the large amount of orders. 3: You added a product in the few days afterwards from your order date, which delays the process of your order. (because you preferred to save on shipping on the additional product) On the other hand, we gave you 6-10 working days on the date of processing your order and we have shipped your order on the 8th working day, so perfectly on time from what we informed you about. Maybe after reading this information above, you are looking a different way on your review and you can understand that most of your own decisions have made the order like it got processed. I've bought from A4h-tech a lot of times, most of the parts I've got for my build was ordered here. My suggestions to improve the service: Your competitor has option of next day delivery. Sometimes I need the part RIGHT NOW, so possibility of getting it next morning would be very appreciate. Even for normal shipping some have option "If you order before certain time, we ship it same day". I don't know if you have enough resources for doing that, but I would greatly appreciate it as well.

You placed the order on the 11th of October, but the payment was received on the 16th of October! 5 days later! The order will only be processed when the payment has been received, and this was done on the 16th of October. So we informed you on the 16th that we expected to ship your order within 1-2 business days, so the order should leave today at the latest. I have made a big order, more than 800€, only on stock items, and almost a month later it's still processing. I've mailed consumer service telling them that I needed everything ASAP, that's why I bought everything from them, and they told me that everything would be delivered on about 4-6 working days. Well... The 6 days had expired and the order status it's still the same. Very dissapointed.
Good Morning, We are a bit surprised to read your review, there are multiple incorrect statements in this review, first of all not all parts were in stock. We try to do our best to keep as much parts in stock as we can but we deliberately do not show stock status on our webshop so i do not know why you assumed all parts were in stock. The reason behind we do not show stock status online is because we like to inform our customer afterwards with accurate information rather than a "guess" shown online which turns out to be inaccurate afterwards. Secondly we informed you that this order will be shipped within 10-15 business days. That time is not expired yet and we expect to ship this order very soon. You probably didn't read the email we have send you with the order information in it because otherwise you would have known that from the 8 parts you ordered, 1 was not in stock and still had to arrive.
