Dear Juan Carlos, we are a bit surprised by your review to be honest. You placed an order at 18-09 for a Walbro Fuel pump and we shipped it the same day with DHL. You received DHL tracking details in an email and i hope that you understand when DHL takes over the parcel, we are forced to let them do what they do and it's outside our control. The tracking details also show where the parcel is, what possible different delivery address you can choose and if there is an issue. We have not received any email from you regarding a delay in the shipment to Spain and therefor we think it's not completely fair to write a 2 as a review for this. Maybe you understand our point of view as well in this case and we are willing to look into your shipment (my colleague will and will contact you) but we only found out by your review. El alerón viene con unos números y letras en relieve que en la descripción ni en las fotos aparece, además venía con un roce importante en un lateral! También pensé que era la pala regulable y no, es fija pero tampoco pone nada en el anuncio. Con esta compra estoy algo decepcionado. Lo único bueno el plazo de entrega, que fué muy rápido!

Everything is good, only one little "problem" , PostNL tracking code is not working, I need to register new account on their site, but when I enter PostCode, which is 31000 (Osijek) Croatia, it says its not valid. But other then that everything else is fine.
Very good but nothing i buy is in stock which means longer delivery, other wise very good
First order, processing and shipment were fast. 1 star removed because vehicle selection doesn’t work well each time (sometimes not at all) I will definitely order again

Customer service was friendly ans send me loads of mails. At the end he understood my position. „ HI, Looking into the case i can only confirm that is correct :( The shipment was delayed unfortunately.
