I’m relatively new to this page and I’ve purchased a few things from A4H - TECH, I have to say, the variety of available stock is outstanding. Shipping is great, prices are reasonable but always great when sales come around. Overall I am a very happy returning customer. I recommend this page to all my car friends. Ordered several items and got directly informed that one of them is currently unavailable. I was given several options on what to do now and the estimated delivery time for the unavailable item. The open communication helped me a lot to get the items that where in stock and when the missing one will arrive. Even though it was a international order. Leider sind die Lieferzeiten immer sehr lange und oft länger als Anfangs angegeben. Dennoch super Laden!

Ordered an intake gasket on 19th of December and recieved a confirmation mail that it will be shipped in 5-8 business days. 10 business days later on 7th of Januari, I received a similar mail that it was delayed and would be shipped in 5-7 business days. Eventually they had the part, but only send out packages twice a week, causing further delay. On top of this the carrier also had delays, Not their fault but it does add to my frustration. To finish the car I had to buy the gasket somewhere.else. So Now I have no use for this gasket. Contacted them about returning the part. This is possible as long as I pay the Shipping both ways. 10 euro to ship it to me, 10 euro to ship it back to them. All of this to recieve 23 euro as refund. I will say, I was always helped by customer service on the phone, But to conclude not worth the hassle for such a simple part. It seems its never their fault. Always the supplier or shipper. Would have appreciated it if they held themselves accountable and paid the shipping.
