Gebaseerd op 120 reviewsDoor een vertraging bij de leverancier werd de verzenddatum aanzienlijk uitgesteld. Na het annuleren van het vertraagde onderdeel verliep de annulering zonder problemen, en het bedrag werd snel teruggestort. De overige onderdelen werden direct na de annulering verzonden.

very unfortunate to read that the product you have ordered (a pair of OEM Honda Floor mats for a Civic 13-16 5dr/tourer) does not fit your model.
We are not aware of any issues with this OEM Honda product and we have sold it to other customers without any issues.
Maybe there is a different reason why it does not fit your Honda, but we can't know right now because we have not received any communication of any product issues from you.
We always advise to contact us via email or phone so the technical department can look in the system for your specific model and the fitment of certain products.
We hope that you understand that since we have not been able to help you in any way so far, we are really disappointed in the fact that you wrote a negative review about a product, not knowing the exact reason yet (possibly you accidentally ordered the wrong item yourself for example?)
Please inform us via email fully about the issue you are having and please consider reviewing us again afterwards with the change request we have send to you already.

I have had more than you experience with customers support and I can say that I always had a great experience, sometimes I wish the replies were slightly quicker but that's just a nitpick in a overall fantastic service. This last time I took longer than I should have to help send a part back and they still honored the replacement and replied to my emails.

A4H-TECH sales and customer service very good, fast and effective. The transport is not as good, I finally had to pick up the package myself after more than 10 days waiting for it. I hope this is just a one-off incident, I will continue to buy from this supplier.

i checked your order and we have shipped your order on december 3rd, 1 day after you placed the order. You choose the shippping option ''DPD'' and technically, your order should have arrived within 2-3 working days in Italy.
I think you mixed up 2 orders, because this order didn't had any issues and we didn't receive any emails form you rregarding a delay.
Regarding a second order from you halfway/end December 2024 (just before the holidays): You ordered a set of pistons just before the holidays. Your order got delayed slightly (because one of the 2 items you ordered got delayed at customs during the holidays and the days after). We also informed you about this and on 09-01 your order got shipped.
We always work with ''business days'' and the date of your placed order, minus all the weekends, holidays (christmas, new year and closing days from us) wasn't that far off as what we planned, but it looks a lot longer because so many days are not being used.
I hope you understand it's a pretty hectic period during the year around Black Friday, Christmas, New Year etc. and that we try to do our best to deliver the orders as quickly as possible, but we are also relying on others (suppliers, customs and shipping companies).
We do understand that if an order get delayed slightly, this is annoying, specially when you have a time scedule.
We hope to help you in the future again and show you that this is not always an issue (like you have seen during your other orders).

I really apreciate that you can select your secific car to see only the fitting part in the shop. The only thing is whenever i reopen the page i always have to do the customization all over again.

thank you for your email. Yes, your order is delayed because of the holidays and we are just open again since yesterday and lot's of backorders have not arrived because shipping companies have our parcels still in progress and have not been delivered yet.
your product is one of these parcels and we were planning to inform you today about this. My colleagues are working on it to send notifications to all the delayed orders (you will receive it shortly) and tracking the products we are still waiting for.

Yes, the idea is that you can review the product as soon as it arrives at you (as mentioned in the email you got from us).
