Even my small order was supported nice by answering to my emails. It was well packed. But two things are nice to fix: 1. I asked to change payment type of my order, but I couldn't see the change inside my account on the website. And that is why order was marked as cancelled but it wasn't. 2. Order was sent to my billing address, not shipping address. But for me these two points were minor. So great thanks to the shop.

We have replied to your email in which you mentioned that there are tiny transportation marks on the strut bar you have ordered. The marks are on the bottom of the strut bar and during installation of the product, you will cause the same marks probably because installation is always a small struggle. The black coating is not the only coating on the product, there is also a rust prevent coating underneath the black coating. The strut bar will not suddenly start to rust, don't worry. Also: I have asked my colleague to contact you about this situation (again) because we were convinced (and we never got a reply back from you) that you agreed that these tiny marks are still acceptable for a product that will be installed underneath the hood. Hopefully we can come to a clear agreement. Please check your mailbox. For next time: Please email us first before you write a review about a product that can be solved easily via email and people who read this email can't see the product/marks we are talking about. Die Domstrebe kam ziemlich zerkratzt an vor allem an der Unterseite aber auch mit Macken auf der Oberseite, der Support meinte nur sieht man ja nach dem Einbau nichtmehr und Glück gehabt. Brauch ich gar nicht erst zurückschicken weil die Domstrebe so gebraucht aussieht, dass ich sowieso kein Geld zurück erhalten werde.

Ik heb een onderdeel besteld bij A4H-TECH BV, het kwam op tijd en ze hielden me constant op de hoogte over de levering.

Hello, I ordered some items for my Honda S2000. First of all, the oil filter reference should be 15400-PCX-004 made in Japan or USA, but I received the 15400-PCX-306 made in Thailand. (not the good one for me) this information was NOT specified in the site page. After mailing and communication with the service they add this detail in their site page. But for me it was not clair when I passed my order of S2000 oil filters. Same problem for some specific O rings, I ordered some references, but I received other references, it seems that Honda changed these old references by the new ones, but same it was not specified in the site page. Only MTF3 transmission oil, and HGO-3 Hypoid rear differential oil was good for me. After lot of mails and communication to return some Items, I was surprised by the politics of return of the company. Its to much complicated and you have to pay the shipping return costs, and lot of conditions, not in your advantage, they can refuse the box for anything... For that I don't return any items, I kept all of them, but it was not good for me I spent 190€, and some items are not used for me in my S2000, and A4H-TECH don't want to recognise their mistakes Also, Shipping for France is too much expensive 17,95€ for one box of items less than 4kg. And packaging arrived to France 2 weeks after the order, its not interesting. You can order the same items in your Honda dealer close to you in your rigion/town it will be very fast, no shipping charges, and if items are not matching with your car, they will reimburse your money or change the item without any further charges. the price will be same or less then ordering from other countries like A4H-TECH. Dear Abder (and readers of this review), first of all we would like to point out that it's a shame that you felt like to write this review after all the communication we had about your situation. That is why we would like to tell our side of the story as well. 1: The oil filter you preferred has been superseded by Honda with a differrent partnumber. According to Honda the quality and fitment is the same. You want a oilfilter that says ''made in Japan'' and not ''made in Thailand'', even not when it comes from Honda and we can proof it. We order the first partnumber and we receive the second partnumber. We already explained this and you didn't want to believe us. We also offered you to return the oil filter but you never replied to our email. 2: You made a mistake yourself by ordering the wrong oil filter removal tool for a Honda S2000 oil filter (which is very clearly stated in the description of the product) and you don't want to send back this product yourself because it's not ''worty sending it back''. We even offered you to split the shipping costs (hardly any shop would have done this) but also on that email you never replied. 3: You ordered (les than 1 euro) crush washers for the oil plugs. Because the original honda sticker says ''made in India'' you don't want the washers. You only want washers which are ''made in Japan''. We probably don't have to explain this any further for those who read this reply to your review. We did recognise the fact that the oil filter has a different partnumber and we also pointed out that we can proof that this is a decision Honda made and that they say the quality is the same. But you are not willing to listen/read and kept talking about your point of view/wishes and don't respond to our given information. Why did you place an order at us if the local Honda dealer is easier for you? 17,95 euro is a very respectable price for a parcel size you have ordered and other shop in our business charge this price as well. Also: Why do you complaint about the shipping costs you choose yourself in the check out before you ordered the parts? Nobody pushed you to order it, so why complaint about the costs afterwards? I presume you also have seen what happened with prices in the world? Products, shipping, fuel etc. Everything became more expensive. So a truck from DHL should just keep on delivering for the old price form 2 years ago? I think we said enough about this topic as well. I do believe that if you would have replied to our last email(s) and you were able to keep everything in perspective, we would have been able to sort this out for you, but you are not willing to look things in a different perspective, so we will just accept your rating of a ''2'' for this case a keep going on making other customers happy with their products.
