I am surprised to read your statements, we have never received an email from you?
Without an email it would be difficult to provide you information, or give you an answer.
We are available trough email or by phone!
I see that your order was shipped on the 6th of February, and will be delivered today according to the tracking information! The chosen "budget letterbox" shipping method can take a little longer before receiving it than regular shipping methods. If the parts have some urgency please use regular shipping methods in the future ;)

Good Store ,overall

Stop selling bull boost **** or atleast D- series intake manifold. Did not bolt on staight. Had to show some angle grinder to it. And it has very bad quality casting for the price. I had one from ebay like 100e and it was better XD.

Klantvriendelijke oplossing bij vertraging

Door een vertraging bij de leverancier werd de verzenddatum aanzienlijk uitgesteld. Na het annuleren van het vertraagde onderdeel verliep de annulering zonder problemen, en het bedrag werd snel teruggestort. De overige onderdelen werden direct na de annulering verzonden.

Dear Sebastian,

very unfortunate to read that the product you have ordered (a pair of OEM Honda Floor mats for a Civic 13-16 5dr/tourer) does not fit your model.
We are not aware of any issues with this OEM Honda product and we have sold it to other customers without any issues.
Maybe there is a different reason why it does not fit your Honda, but we can't know right now because we have not received any communication of any product issues from you.

We always advise to contact us via email or phone so the technical department can look in the system for your specific model and the fitment of certain products.

We hope that you understand that since we have not been able to help you in any way so far, we are really disappointed in the fact that you wrote a negative review about a product, not knowing the exact reason yet (possibly you accidentally ordered the wrong item yourself for example?)

Please inform us via email fully about the issue you are having and please consider reviewing us again afterwards with the change request we have send to you already.

Really good customer support and very friendly staff

I have had more than you experience with customers support and I can say that I always had a great experience, sometimes I wish the replies were slightly quicker but that's just a nitpick in a overall fantastic service. This last time I took longer than I should have to help send a part back and they still honored the replacement and replied to my emails.
