De enige plek online waar ze zowaar originele Honda automatten hadden voor onze geimporteerde Civic (waar ze bijna altijd de automatten uit halen om de een of andere reden). Omdat we geen oude mattenset hadden, kon ik ook niet zomaar ergens matten op maat laten maken aangezien het een weinig bekend model is. Gelukkig bood A4H-TECH uitkomst met mooie Honda matten die ook in enkele dagen thuis geleverd waren.

Satisfaction as usual

I have ordered from here several times and have always received a flawless product. There was a small problem but it was resolved very quickly, and the clerk was also nice. I will continue to order from here.:)

we are a bit surprised by your review, since we havn't received an email from you with the issue you are having with the product.
We have not been able to look into this together with you and to find out if the product has indeed a production error or if the product is different from what you were expecting of it and it is in the condition like it has to be.
Some people think for example that a plastic lip is always ready for installation but in fact it's a bare plastic item which needs preperation, painting etc.

That is why we would like to ask you to send us an email with a (resized) photo of the product, so we can determin together with you what the exact reason is.

We hope that you understand that this review is a bit ''early'' to write, because what if we would have helped you with this (like we are still planning to) and eventually you got a perfect product with a great service and aftersales? Good quality, good service, really long and expensive shipment

As always, good quality products, but the team doesn't give any information about the availability of the products and take forever to pack the products. That with the long shipment times (even with a 15€ option) makes a 2 to 3 weeks shipment.

thank you for review!
I checked your last 2 orders and the previous order was perfectly shipped within the given period of time we gave you when we processed your order. So it looks like nothing went wrong with that order.

Looking at your latest order, it's still a pending order, which means the product still has to arrive at us and after that we can ship it to you.
We gave you (just to be sure) 5-8 working days, but it looks like your order can already leave tomorrow, because it arrived from the supplier this afternoon (not unpacked yet).

We always give a more ''safe'' estimate, so if the shipment gets delayed, we have a bit room to play with.
When we ship your order tomorrow, we have been able to ship your order within 3 working days (instead of 5-8 working days). So that is ofcourse a very nice result!

Both items you ordered are pretty unique (not many get sold of these during a year) so we are very happy we have been able to supply you these parts this quickly :)

Have fun with both items and we look forward to help you next time again!

After placing the order we informed you that we will ship your order within 24 hours, your order left us within 5 hours and was shipped 5 hours after placing the order.
Unfortunately you have chosen for the cheapest shipping method, this letterbox shipment is the cheapest option available. Also this shipment is without tracking information and on own risk. We made you aware of this information when you proceed in the checkout, now we know that letterbox shipments take longer than regular shipments, if you like to have more certainty please select an shipping method with tracking information!

We have never informed you that a letterbox shipments take 2-4 days, that is impossible for budget letterbox shipments, regular shipments to Denmark will need the suggested time, 2-4 business days to Denmark is realistic.

Since we feel we did everything as we have promised but are punished by your decision to select the cheapest shipping method available we kindly ask you to correct the review!

Very very very bad service

I am sorry to read your review!
Unfortunately these statements you are making are incorrect and inaccurate.
You did not pay shipping costs "twice" only due to the size of these parts and shipping the order to the UK your shipping method was "calculated afterwards" for that reason we send you a payment request for the shipping costs which we are still waiting to receive. Your bank can make claims that we have received the payment but no bank can see what we actually receive they can only see their transactions on their side. A proof of payment can be easily falsified, and will not be sufficient. We will need to receive the actual payment before we proceed. When a transaction is made it is key to add a reference to this transaction otherwise our payment provider is not able to match the payment, and if so the payment will be returning to the sender. There can be multiple causes of the payment not arriving but most likely the reference was forgotten and the payment can not be mathced to an order, these kind of payment will be returning to the sender.

We feel that we are not involved in making these mistakes but are now punished by your review which contains inaccurate statements, for that reason we kindly ask you to correct the review ;)

Logistics need improvements

A estimate delivery time needs to be informed more clearly and before hand. There was a delay in the processing due to staff issues, then a delay in sorting, then finally the part became available and dispatched. I really needed the part, so for me it was annoying not knowing for sure when I was going to get the parts ordered.

Dear Oleksandr,

we are very surprised by your review, and would like to point out a few things regarding this review.
You have placed an order for a few OEM Honda products including oil on Monday.
Since you choosen for a ''bank transfer'' payment, we will have to wait before we can inform you about your order when we are able to ship it to you, because we don't know when your actual payment arrives. This is a choice you made yourself and this is also mentioned in our website. This is because we can't ''reserve'' products for people who havn't paid, because sometimes we just don't receive the actual payment and other paid customers should have an advantage in the availability.

A part from that you have emailed us on monday to check if all the parts do fit your car model, so we had to check a few things manually as well. But since we received the wrong VIN number of the car, we could not check and we had contact with you every day so far.

As mentioned in the website on product level as well, we can mostly ship the order in a few hours or 1-2 business days and in your case it's the same. But we had to wait for your payment and processing your request if the products did fit your car model, so this caused a delay as well.
We always try to reply within 24-48 hours (and often much quicker) but we hope you understand we have a limited amount of time during the day and there are other customers who need our attention as well.

We really hope you understand this point of view and would like to reconsider your review so far.

Fast shipping, everything was great

The only thing they have to sort out is their webshop, had a few hiccups during the ordering process. Other than that, everything was great.
