Hello Dan,
a part form the fact that we are really disappointed in the fact that you think about us this way, we need to give a proper explenation about the (actual) situation:
First of all:
you have placed 3 orders during our 15% off Black Friday sale. A part from the fact that we really appreciate your orders, we also ask our customer to be a little bit more patience during this period, because (and we told you this) we had 1000'of orders to process in a very short period of time. With these large discounts, a lot of people want a discount and want to buy at us, so you were not the only one.
You saved almost 450 euro in total on your orders and we hope that you understand that it's not always a one-way road for situations like this. We also ask our customers to be a bit more patience than normal. Specially since we are low on staff (4 people ar sick at home at the moment) and shipping companies can't keep up with all the parcels that are being shipped.
Regarding your 3 orders: If you order 7 different parts and you needed them that quickly, why do you buy during Black Friday and not 1 week earlier, so you had extra time for any possible delay? Beucae you wanted the discount ofcourse. And you are allowed to do it this way, no problem at all, but specially in your situation with your review, i hope that readers of this review can understand that it's not only our problem that you are having this delay/urgent need of the products.
Secondly: My colleague informed you fully regarding the shipment that is on it's way to you. That you live on Malta and that your local postal service isn't speedy enough for you, is that something we have within our own power....................?
Also: The 2nd parcel has been shipped to you, after we changed the product for you for an available alternative (also including the 15% discount you got form us) and that order has been shipped also.
Regarding the 3rd order: As mentioned in the email confirmation you got from us, we said to you that it would take 2-3 working days (not from the order date but since the date WE PROCESSED YOUR ORDER) so that is less than you mention in your review.
Despite the fact that we told you this, your order has been delayed.
And that is the only true part of this story and in which we want to apologise for. It's only the Hardrace end links that caused this delay because Hardrace had delivery issues to us from Asia (if you don't believe us, just contact Hardrace global and they will confirm).
So this is the only piece that we didn't had within our own power and we had to inform you about.
We couldn't because (as mentioned in the automatic email, website announcement and via a personal email as well) we had just to many orders, emails, delays and low on staff.
We put this reply online as well so people can see/read the real story and not your explenation that looks a lot worse than the actual situation.

I also want to let you know that 80% of the parts you bought at us, are not available at the company you are referring to in your review. And at every company there can occure some delays/mistakes, so also this is a comparison not based on an actual plausible situation.
