Dear reader of this review,
The customer wasn't aware of the fact that he choose for the cheapest/slowest shipping option (despite the information in the order) and that he choose the slowest payment option available.
This + the 3-5 working days (not weekend days included) caused a delay in the shipment, which was a result of the choosen options.
the customer needs the product as quickly as possible, but we can't change the proces of an already shipped item/choose payment methode.
We gave the advise to choose a quicker shipping/payment option next time if a product needs to arrive as quickly as possible.
