damaged item

I received my parcel and when I open it I saw the fuel cap cover broken , immediately I took picture and send it to customers service , after explanation and shown some pictures with the product the all4honda team they order and dispatch a new item for me. Fast response and understanding and help from the team. I suggest better packaging for the items so to avoid future problems with broken items.

Hello, To clarify a couple of things regarding this order/review: Your order got shipped within 3-5 workings days but in your case it arrived after only 10 days. The shipment took longer to Athens because of covid-19 delays (delivery company) Regarding the box: We never ship a box with “ductape” so I think you switched a parcel from someone else. The box is always packed with our own tape or clear tape. Regarding the damage: there was one small item damaged in the box during transport and we have shipped a new item for free to you yesterday. Regarding the email: We replied by email to your second email. The first one never arrived in our mailbox. We asked you to reply to our email and to possibly change your review and untill now we haven’t received a reply from you. Regards, All4Honda BV

bad packaging and broken items

I order some items from the site , items took long time to come (about 14 days , and the email declare 3-5) , the its arrive at destination in a common carton box with a lot of duct tape , after I open the box I saw the parts wrapped with some paper , no any brand original box for the parts , also 1 part was broken in pieces , i contact them and after they asked for some more pictures of the package , they never reply again.

Al paar keer wat besteld en top service.
