Beaucoup de défauts sur le becquet, les pas de vis des fixations ne sont pas alignés et se cassent facilement. Les platines de l'aileron ne sont pas alignés (il n'est donc pas droit une fois vissé). Beaucoup de travail pour espérer que le becquet tienne sur la voiture. Nous avions commandé chez vous car nous voulions quelque chose de qualité, nous en sommes déçu
Dear Morgan, we are ofcourse disappointed in the fact that you are not happy with the product. But maybe there is a production mistake in the product? Or it got damaged during transportation? Whatever it may be, we didn't receive any reply form you via email so we could take a loot at this case and possibly solve it very easily with a new/correct product. We can't determin what is exactly wrong with the product because we never received an email, photo, expenation or whatever about the issue. Qsp ball type quick release product quality wasnt as expected, I chose the qsp because I thought they make better products than other makes at roughly the same price, since some of their products have FIA rating for example. The quick release didnt allow Nardi personal horn button to fit and it missed some parts for wiring the horn for my cars steering hub and it had some other things that bothered me. Seller answered that they will look if the product has a manufacturing fault etc. and I appreciate that they responded with understanding.

Qsp ball type quick release product quality was worse than expected, I chose the qsp because I thought they make better products that d1 spec, which quick release I already have. Qsp quick release has more play, Personal steering wheel horn button doesnt fit because there is not enough room for it to seat even with steering wheel and the bolts for steering wheel were bad quality. Obviously this is not sellers fault but it is frustrating.

The issue has been fixed and they were very quick and helpful i got a new ball joint and now the car works fine!

I ordered a "budget" part but the part u left out is that its absolute garbage the ball joint straight up broke as i was tightening it after almost bending the entire upper arm due to the poor quality in the metal.

I order few parts for my Honda Civic EK4... Price is great i would say if i comper it with parts prices in my country. When i have some issue and ask they respont fast and simply without any problem my problem was solved. Shipping is fast so am very happy and in future ill order more and more parts.

I received a supposedly new water pump, but without packaging and with an unsealed box. Same with the rubber gasket. All made in China. It seems more like an article rejected by several people. To which they also ask that I take care of the return shipping! In their email they also specify that they are going to sell the item to another person. All very professional!
Dear reader of this review, this customer emailed us with a very angry email that we have sold him a ''fake aliexpress'' water pump in a Gates box. We asked him why and his answer was because the box and the bag inside the box says ''made in China''. After we informed him that it's possible that a product from Gates can come from China, Poland, USA, Peru, Australia, Germany, and so on and that Gates do mention this on the box as well, he was not willing to understand this. An Apple Iphone is also made in China, does it make a bad product suddenly? Same For a Samsung Phone? It even says ''made in china'' on the back of the phone. We tried in many emails to explain what it means when a product comes from China and it's supplied by Gates to us (we all buy/sell Genuine gates products and we told the customer that we can proof we do and asked if he wanted to see a purchase order) but the customer was not willing/able to understand what we are trying to tell him. He only repeated that we sold him a fake China product. There is nothing wrong with the product and we can show him 25 Gates boxes in which products are included, made in China. But also made in Malaysia, Poland etc. Maybe this customer thinks that if a brand comes from the USA, all the products are made in the USA. Sending it back and supplying a new product (same box, same product inside, we checked in our warehouse) doesn't have any purpose probably. When the customer is going to send it back, we will refund it. No problem. We just don't want to be accused of selling fake products when we don't and even when Gates says in the box that the product is made in China. The box was never opened. It's just an original Gates box and product. Very unfortunate we have to explain this via this review platform after sending dozens of emails to this customer. Kind regards, A4H-TECH

Hello Lukasz, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your disappointment about the scratches and the finish of the spoiler. However, we want to clarify that the spoiler comes directly from the manufacturer to us. It's unlikely it was used or disassembled by another customer. Regarding the finish, what looks like damage. It's the bottom part of the spoiler. You will not see this when the spoiler is mounted on your CR-Z. Maybe that is why the supplier did not finish it completely perfect. Finally, items made of carbon materials, sometimes have small imperfections or spots. It's difficult to notice this on the item. The ''issue'' you spotted was a white dot of about 1mm (really close up image) that you would never see when the product would get installed. But once again, We partly understand your disappointment. So, if you're not satisfied, that is fine. We accept the return of the spoiler and refund all costs to you, including covering the shipping costs for the return shipment. We hope this clears things up for you and others reading this review. A tip for next time: Please contact us (or any company at an online purchase) first about an issue with a product, instead writing a review via a review platform, which is not a ''direct communication'' option for getting in contact with a company. I ordered a set of Tegiwa Scoops, which can come in a matt or glossy finish. Pictures were glossy black, parts are not painted, so i have to paint them.

This is also mentioned in the description. We mention this explicitly in the description because we know that it's not always certain that this product comes in gloss black.
