Dear all, It all started with the Honda project, a project born somewhat naturally from my son's passion and mine, obviously, for cars; the result was a gorgeous Honda Civic EK. I got advice from Derk and not only, I bought quality parts from you and for that I think it was the right thing. Dopo l'acquisto vieni assistito molto bene con diverse mail riguardante l'ordine , unica pecca i corrieri a cui si affidano che non permettono una grande tracciabilità del pacco , anzi scarsa tracciabilità ( meglio corrieri come UPS), però una volta arrivato il pacco... Ben impacchettato , fattura , pezzo con saldature di ottima qualità sia estetica che di resistenza , per non parlare del cartellino di ringraziamenti e un piccolo pensiero con caramelle , dettagli che fanno la differenza, prezzi competitivi non i più bassi che ci siano ma vale la pena se consideriamo il servizio . I placed two orders, each of them containing the same spare parts, because after placing the first one I realised that maybe I will be in the need of other parts as well. Therefore I decided to cancel the first order, but after some days I reordered exactly the same parts in a second order, due to finding out that no other parts are needed for my car. The price of the second order however differed from the first one, it rose by that time, because the price of the spare parts I wanted to order were not correct on the site at the first order and till my second order they got corrected. Still, even after canceling my first order, after reaching for support, I was allowed to keep my first order, the one that was costing less, although it contained exactly the same products as the second one. So I was very satisfied, because this mess was actually my mistake and yet, I still could keep my first order, which helped me a lot. Amazing and friendly employees at the support, keep up with the good work. Sometimes these small gestures are the one which really do count :). Order No. #000067208

Third time ordering from A4H-TECH BV, great selection of items and excellent customer care. Second time I ordered I had an issue and recieved a reply to my email in very good time and had my issue solved the same day.
