Very good

I've spend way to much money on this site. Never had a single problem with them. Things to note: Shipping has become a bit slow. Website vehicle selector is buggy

Bastante buena

El envió fue bastante rápido no me puedo quejar en absoluto de ese punto, no obstante estaría bn algún tipo de instrucción de montaje en alguno de sus productos que pueden traer un poco de confusión por lo demás todo muy contento con el servicio recibido

Everything is good, only one little "problem" , PostNL tracking code is not working, I need to register new account on their site, but when I enter PostCode, which is 31000 (Osijek) Croatia, it says its not valid. But other then that everything else is fine.

Quick delivery when shipped but takes ages to shit due to not one item i bought was in stock

Received the goods with delay

Customer service was friendly ans send me loads of mails. At the end he understood my position. „ HI, Looking into the case i can only confirm that is correct :( The shipment was delayed unfortunately. A delay can easily take place, sometime this happens without our influence. Maybe in the future you can give us another chance to do things better! Have a nice weekend ;)“

Dear Aleksi, you ordered 3 products last week and 1 of the 3 items is not in stock at us and not at the supplier. We have offered you an alternative but you were not interested in it so we have to backorder the original item. For an item like this (and including the discount you already got from us) we can't send wheel nuts for free to Finland. The shipping costs are almost higher that the product value. We hope you understand this point of view as well and we can't do that if we look at it economically. We do have a different alternative for you and we will send it also to you right now (see email) so this is maybe interesting for you. You possibly want to review your review since the new above information and for that we will send you a request via email. We hope we can make a small adjustment on your order so we can immediatelly ship it to you anyway. We can't stock every product in our shop ofcourse, just like every company in this business. Good, but could be better.

Good variety of items for sale, but no items in stock. I ordered some parts and the shipping time lasts for months. Could have atleast give me even a discount

We delibirately do not show stock status online, the reason why we inform our customers afterwards is because we like to inform our customer with accurate information rather than a "guess" which you can see on other shops. In our eyes accurate information afterwards is more important than showing a guess and turns out to be inaccurate. The ''Stock information'' button is often mistaken for a stock light but when you click on it you see an explanation why we inform our customers afterwards. Unfortunately we can not keep all parts in stock but if the delivery time is longer than you initally wished for we can provide good alternatives from stock! Snelle uitstekende service

Ik had met spoed een racestoel nodig, deze was op veel andere webshops uitverkocht. Bij A4H-tech, stond de beschikbaarheid niet op de website. Daarop heb ik ze een mail gedaan en hier was de volgende ochtend reactie op waardoor ik de stoel besteld heb en deze (hopelijk) optijd binnen komt!

Quick and hassle free

I ordered a steering boss for the civic. The only issue I had was on the website it said the order was pending. I reached out to them and they replied within a couple of hours (different time zone) to say it was actually sent out 5 days ago. It arrived that day. To me something like that is just human error and they recently moved to a new premises so it's understandable. I would have no problem and will be doing more business in the future.
