fijne winkel met vriendelijk personeel. staat altijd klaar om tehelpen

door de jaaren heen voor verschillende merken en autos word ik altijd zeer vriendelijk en snel tewoord gestaan. ze zijn altijd berijd om moeite tedoen en tevens onderdelen te bestellen die niet op standaart vooraad liggen. of compleet buiten asortiment. 10/10 een aanrader voor iedereen.

UPDATE 23-10-2024: THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RESPONDS TO OUR EMAILS AND THERE IS STILL NO ORDER OF THIS CUSTOMER IN OUR SYSTEM. THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON WRONG INFORMATION. Hello Enrico, we have checked your name and emailaddress in our system and there is no pending order from you in our system. No single payment or actual order of a set of tail lights. After that check we looked at the background of our shop and we noticed that you have TRIED to finish an order, but the order got canceled in the check out and the payment never arrived. If this happens, we don't receive any actual order and we can't process it for you. So i am afraid you are wrogn regarding the fact that you never received an item and paid for it, since it's not the case. Very unfortunate ofcourse and we are willing to help you out by supplying the product anyway, but it's a but unfair to write a review about an order that never has been placed. Please reply to our email we have send you how we could proceed and how you can change the review. Otherwise we will have to contact Kiyoh to remove the review by supplying them the required information (proof of not having an order from you). But since we havn't got the possibility to reply to this email (because we received it later) it's a bit drastic to write this review before we could even find out what is wrong with the product. With the weekend in between we expected to ship your order the latest on the 1st of October. Your order left us on the 30th of September a day earlier than expected. No a llegado el articulo bien para montar.

El articulo no a venido con los casquillos ni con los pernos que tocan para hacer el montaje, no encaja bien con la chupona de aceite y hay pernos que no llegan bien al "sump oil". Para K24 Espero alguna respuesta ya que tengo el motor abierto a causa de no saber que hacer.

Good Afternoon, We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the sump baffle :( This customer ordered a Blox racing part and unfortunately we have confirmed Blox racing did not provide the correct hardware kit, causing the problems at this customer. Altough we can understand the reason writing this review, to get this resolved by writing the review is not helpfull. The best thing to do is to write us an email when something is incorrect.
