First of all: Ultra fast processing and delivery - the items were received the day after ordering - something which is a rare experience here in Iceland. All the parts ordered, which were several, were exactly as described on the Baboon website - the exact item recognizable from the photos arrived, superbly packaged and undamaged. In my first order, one of the parts they sent was defective. For my next order of 4 parts, they accepted payment for 3 parts that they didn't have in stock. The refunds sent were in the wrong amounts. Often, questions I posed were not answered and I had to waste far too much time due to their poor communications. They promised to send a return shipping label, but never did. When I pointed out their multiple errors and refusal to answer certain questions, they took umbrage and cancelled my pending order for the one part they did have in stock. It was a huge aggravation and waste of time; I don't know how a company this bad stays in business.
