La réponse à mes questions a été traitée rapidement, d'abord par mail puis j'ai obtenu une réponse plus précise en téléphonant. Le matériel, en très bon état, a été envoyé immédiatement et reçu le lendemain de l'envoi. Bref, c'est sérieux, le site est clair et si on a une question, on est en contact avec des personnes serviables.

I have been with this service since it was called Boonstra. It is a brilliant idea that is unique in the entire Europe - to keep old motorcycles running when new original parts become unavailable. So far I have been more than happy with the service. Shipping is fast, and prices are reasonable. There is always room for improvement, like maybe slighty lower shipping cost for smaller parts and making motorcyle parts shared by multiple types of motorcycles available between the models.

Pour la commande que jai fait c'etait bien seul defaut pour moi la livraison etait cher car service de DHL pour votre information 30€ les pièces c'est top mais la livraison 49€ de DHL excessive de plus j'ai paye une taxe douanière pour des pièce d'occasion et le pire c'est DHL qui me taxe des frais suplémentaire comme j'en avais besoin j'ai payé mais a voir dans le temps si je continue sauf si changement de partenaire de livraison voila au final pour 30€ d'achat j'ai payé 78 E de transport et de taxe .

Asked about the number of a part i was interested in, staff provided this quickly, and transport was very fast (even though the transport was twice the cost of the part). Did not get to install part yet
