In de advertentie staat onderdeel zo goed als nieuw onbeschadigd maar bij het verkrijgen thuis constateerde ik dat dit plastic onderdeel helemaal vol met krassen en zelfs diepe krassen staat heel spijtig geval is de eerste keer dat ik daar iets bestel maar ook de laatste keer

While we were happy with the motorcycle part that we had purchased with you, the inexplicably high shipping fees left us with a sour taste in the mouth. Why? The weight of the DHL Express package was indicated on the shipping label with 5kg. However, when we weighed the package on our own digital scale, the actual weight was shown to be a mere 0.970 kg. (why the big discrepancy?) Furthermore, the package size was about 5 times bigger than the actual content. (bigger packages cost more) And lastly, when ordering the part, the only shipping option we were given was DHL Express. In our case, we didn't need it to be an express delivery. A "standard" (slower) shipping by DHL would have been more than enough. Conclusion: The shipping fee of EUR 47.78 was unnecessarily high and could have easily been avoided.
