Ersteinmal mit Boonstra telefoniert. Wurde an einen deutsch sprechenden Herrn weitergeleitet.Hat mich umgänglich beraten,habe darauf das Ersatzteil bestellt.Erst bezahlt,dann erfolgte eine gute Zulieferung. Ersatzteil wie beschrieben,funktioniert einwandfrei.Bin sehr zufrieden.Kann Boonstra nur empfehlen!

Sehr enttäuschend!!! Man kauft ein Ersatzteil, dann ist das plötzlich nicht mehr da.

Bonjour, Suite à ma commande d'un silencieux d'échappement gauche ! J'ai reçu le côté droit ! J'ai fait un mail à Boonstra pour me résoudre le problème le 11 juillet ! Nous sommes le 14 juillet et je n'ai aucune réponse de leur part ! Le SAV de Boonstra laisse à désirer je vais voir combien de temps ils mettent pour me répondre !

Just to pay more attention to the shiping address insertion ( when you copy it from the delivery details) , mine it was not fully inserted in the DHL delivery, had to re insert it and pospone delivery for the next day.

Snel gevonden wat ik zocht (kuipruitje Yamaha TDM 1991), bestelling geplaatst. Na betaling alles in sneltreinvaart, binnen enkele dagen stevige doos met kuipruit goed beschermd verpakt in huis. Gewoon top!

Ich habe bereits mehrere Teile bestellt und war jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Telefonisch war der Mitarbeiter auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er sprach auch sehr sehr gut deutsch.

Jammer dat er een kwetsbaar deel van de brandstofpomp niet aan zat en dus van de oude overgezet moest worden

Habe das 1. mal gekauft, würde ich wieder tun.

Hi, Second order with you. First one, perfect, 5 days to Romania. Second one, more complicated... The address was not complete on the label on the parcel, my phone number was not mentioned and the use of a local partner for the final delivery didn't help. (Fan Courier here...) Finally, the part has arrived, but it took almost 3 weeks this time. Very satisfied with the part and the price, but please, check the address and the phone number! Just a small detail, but it makes things easier!
