Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you still haven't received your order. In case you didn't see our reply to your mail, we started an investigation at PostNL to recover your parcel. However, this will also take some time as these are some of the busiest days for couriers. Regardless, your parcel should have arrived many days ago and we fully understand how you feel. My colleague will contact you about a solution as soon as the investigation is concluded.
For future orders, I am happy to announce that we are switching to other shipping methods for destinations outside the Netherlands. These shipping methods, that will be implemented in the coming weeks, are far more reliable and the prices are far better compared to our current offer. We are confident that this will improve our customer experience and that it will help prevent such severe delays for future shipments outside the Netherlands.
