You indicate that you'd rather not have a response, yet we do this, because we are free to do so.
Annoying to hear that unfortunately you are not satisfied with the return process.
As explained, unfortunately we cannot yet offer our customers a free return if we have sent the correct (and working) product. You have requested a return label from us and we have approved this, these return labels always work well, we never receive any complaints about them.
We have credited the purchase amount of your order to the bank account number you used to pay for the order, this has been confirmed by our financial administration. So we would like to ask you again to take a good look at this.
