Disappointed
The driver left before the waiting time was up. I remember that we landed after 8 pm but he seemed to think we landed at 7.59 pm. According to us, we landed around 8.04 pm, therefore, the driver should have waited until 9.14 pm. Anyway, i kept him updated and he responded that it was good and asked us to call him once we were out. At 9:02 I let him know that we were waiting for the baggage, at 9:12 we got the message that he couldn’t wait any longer. We got out of the baggage claim hall at 9:13 and he was gone. Even we landed at 7.59 pm according to the driver, I don’t think he should have just left like that. I feel that he watched the time like a hawk and left the minute the 70 mins was up. I don’t think I will ever use Sneleentaxi again, at least not from the airpirt, because the 70 mins waiting time from landing time is just too short as I have no control over immigration process and baggage claim. It was much easier to just get a taxi outside the airport. Had I known this fact, I wouldn’t have booked through this website. The credit of 12.86 Euro that I got back is not worth it. Perhaps Sneleentaxi should extend the waiting time to 90 mins after landing, or gives the option to passengers to pay for extra waiting time instead of just losing the whole ride. I’m still baffled at the level of service by this driver. Maybe I feel very disappointed because I read a lot of good reviews that many drivers were kind enough to wait beyond 70 mins. Had my driver waited for me, I would have tipped him for waiting extra time too, I guess it was much better for him to just take off, earn the whole amount from the work he was supposed to do for us, and spend the time supposed to work for us with the new passenger so he earns double for the same amount of time.
