I loved to come here as a child, and so did my family. But it seems like it has become too popular, and too crowded both in the camping spot, and especially in the park. There were never a good time in the day, were you didn’t have to wait for over an out before you could try the attractions. And I the Tikipool, 2 ours is not enough at all if you want to try something inside. There is too many people, and the price is high enough, already, even with the discount, so paying more is not an option. Sorry to say it, but we will probably never visit this place in the summer again.

full of entertainment and fun, kid and us loved it. We rented bikes everyday and enjoy the park to almost its fullest. We couldn't use laundry service cause it is using 50 cents coins!!! and you need 10 of those. The Wassenar town is lovely and with great options for shopping and cafes. We will be back :)

Apartments could be cleaner inside and outside. Park is fantastic. Bike hire is getting expensive. enterance can be very busy at times Can shopping be delivered to apartment, would be great add on feature. Overall we had a great holiday

Had a great time as single mum and kids aged 8 and 6. Loved the theme park and water park. - my kids are tall so thankfully could go on most rides including Falcon and DragonFly. Not sure they would have been happy with just the smaller rides. - Some dubious health and safety in water park so exercise caution with kids. - On-site shop a little pricey as expected but fine for basics. Treats and food/snacks on site surprisingly inexpensive compared to what you expect at UK attractions. - Campsite (Duinvallei) nice- flat ground, shaded areas, good toilet block and playground nearby. Could do with bigger shower cubicles to help with family showering and keeping your stuff dry but that's common of all campsites! - Nearby Wassenaar- lovely town. Great ice cream parlour x 2. A few good dining options not too expensive. Wish we had gone for longer to enjoy more day trips but kids were happy to just stay on site/local for our 4 night stay.

This was our first trip to Duinrell. Very easy to get to by car from Harwich. Dutch roads very quiet vs. South England. Dungalow was OK. We were on the edge of the park in a Comfort 4. Fine for a family of 3. Couldn't open the windows due to stinging nettles and brambles growing higher than the building. Had to chop them down with a kitxhen knife! Outside seating area also overgrown and unkept. Didn't affect us that much as one member scared of wasps that we're ever present. Ot huge numbers but pretty much h gautanteed at least 1 if sat out with any kind of food. Waterpark is amazing. Go at opening time to avoid qs. Went once at 4pm n qs not worth the wait. Easy fix on rides with tubes= get more tubes! And get ones with handles as need them to be safe going with younger riders. Amusement Park, again great, n qs not too bad most parts of day apart from the plane one. Main playpark area very good. Beware the biggest slide is super fast n u can shoot out the end if u don't slow yourself down. Don't bother eating onsite, low quality n expensive. Just walk into town. Great ice cream at Lucianos. Local area has plenty to do. Beach was a leisurely 20 min bike ride with ages asow as 6. For just 1 week we stayed mainly in the park.would recommend perhaps doing a few extra days elsewhere to really make the most of being in the Netherlands as loads to do in a relatively small area. I would recommend Duinrell to friends. Age 8 to 12 probably the ideal ages for kids but still plenty of fun for others. Search Facebook for unofficial Duinrell Group. Plenty of honest reviews n info on all aspects of park,public transport n restaurants. Don't be put off scaremongers saying waterslides are unsafe. Get adult to test first if unsure and watch YouTube vids. Some are much more extreme than UK ones and all the better for it!

I have already recommended my friends to come here. Got the perfect meet and greet when we arrived. Handed our welcome packs and advised where things were and where we were living for the week. Clean and spacious duingalow. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the rides and the Tiki Pool. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday.

Been coming here for years on and off and this time bought my own children and the loved it too. Stayed in an 8 person duingalow which was great and spacious.

We visited and camped with our 6 year old and loved the park. The rides are great for smaller kids and adults alike and the indoor water park is excellent. we camped on site and as expected the site was a little noisy and busy but facilities clean.

Great facilities for children, not so great for parents... Poor customer service in the reception. Accomodation wasn't clean when we checked in, I have asked the reception for housekeeping the following day,.was promiswd one but not sure if they came as the duingalow was still dirty (floors not swipped and hair in the bathroom and on the dishes). Also, I am celiac and called the resort twice asking if gluten free bread can be purchased in the supermarket. The gluten free section in the shop was empty for th entire week. Lastly, I have enquired about late check out 24 hrs before and was told NO by the reception girl without her even checking in the computer. She had lied to me saying someone else will be checking in.. I asked her to check in the system first, which she did and admitted there was nobody else checking in that day to our accommodation but we still couldn't get later check out.. I had been working in tourism industry for 15 years and this service in not good enough... Something that management should consider.

We have been twice before and was disappointed with the changes made. Booking indoor or outdoor pool in advance. Having to rush to get sunbeds outside due too lack off beds and over booking the space. Indoor pool rubber rings to big and heavy to carry double rings no handles up 3 flights off stair. Over crowded indoor pool. We also paid £5 per person for bedding pillows. Pillows half size and like cotton balls couldn't use. So complained to reception to be told tough luck. Dingalo was 38 inside so hot lucky we had one fan between 3 rooms living bedrooms. Son had to sleep in living room due to heat. Music festival went on till nearly 3am every night so loud even kids near us crying all night due to the music. Food wall instead off fresh burgers so burgers in a locker in the wall? Over subscribed so had to que for rides never had to do this before. Food so exspensive spent £700 in a week just for evening meals for 4 off us. Want be coming back.

Great place ,especially for children of all ages. So much to do and even better when the sun is out

Good communication. Holiday had to be postponed twice from 2020 which wasn’t an issue.

This was it fourth holiday at Duinrell and we loved it! A couple of exciting rides were not running (maintenance) which was sad. We also missed the inflatable rings in the lazy river. But all in all a fab time. X

We had the best time in Duinrell, it was a long time coming having booked to come back in 2019 for 2020, but it was certainly worth the wait. Our two daughters had the best time, our duingalow was a comfortable base for myself and my wife to unwind and relax too!

Wow, what a park. We had the mist amazing holiday. You have no need to leave the site. Waterpark andamusment Park are amazing. There is so much for all ages. Staff are helpful. Park is clean and well run. We had a ball. We did book with dunreill direct and stayed on tge comfort duniglow. We are a family of 7. The accommodation is dated but well laid out. Its situated in a quiet area of the park. It is private with plenty of space. My only grievance is the dirt and smell of the duniglow. It was Filthy. It is years of built up grime. I did spend the first day of my holiday giving it a deep clean. If I was returning, I would choose either eurocamp or canvas. I would not book dunreill direct again.

Everything was as I remember it 15 years ago. Larger but still with a secluded feeling. The outdoor water park is a juge bonus on sunny days. The rides will satisfy all adrenalin junkies and the plaza offers everything you could need.

Friendly staff and had a really good experience. The kids were old enough to go by themselves and had the best time in the rides.

Fourth time there. Never disappoints.

A fun week with lots to do to entertain the adults and a three and a half year old. Comfort six bed was a little more 'cosy" than we thought it would be. We didn't have a car so had to use the supermarket and on-site restaurants, slightly expensive as you would expect for a resort. Theme park and water park were brilliant, queues but to long and the two hour slot in the pool works well, get the 10am slot to get a good amount of goes before too many arrive. We also hired bikes and cycled to the beach, an easy trip.

From the moment of initial enquiry, to the point of check out, the company were professional, polite, very accommodating and efficient. When I had to reschedule our booking this summer due to a clash of dates, Duinrell staff made it very easy for me to switch weeks and find alternative accommodation. Everyone we encountered had a great work ethic and provided a warm, friendly service.

The duingslows are comfortable and well equipped. The only thing is that they are a bit short on space.

Our third visit to Duinrell but first time staying in a Duingalow. The park and Tikibad have something for every age so the whole family are kept busy and happy! Food is good, on-site supermarket has everything you could need - these are both a bit on the pricey side though. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Duingalow was lovely and there was plenty of space for all 8 of us (Premium Plus 8) although it was a fair walk to amenities. Bike hire is useful although, again, pricey. Local town and beach are lovely to walk/cycle to.
