A really bad app
1. I had to restart the booking process about 3 times as every time you follow a link to e.g. looking at some conditions you are kicked out of your ongoing booking
2. to add the promoted EUR 50 reduction for a booking via the app failed and in the end I just gave up.
3. When I finally finished the booking the payment failed (not TUIs fault) and the booking was saved, but without any possibility to retry the payment in the app. For that I had to go to the website where under a very hidden link you can pay, but only if you know the total amount you owe!!!?? No way to figure the amount out in the app, on the website, or the confirmation you send via email.
It is as if you want to make it as difficult as possible. Why bother making it easy to pay.
I do not know how many people give up booking a TUI journey because it is such a miserable technical experience.
4. the TUI app has almost not added value while you are on holidays, but acts mostly as an advertising machine for TUI.
