Vluchtwijzigingen

Heb reeds twee maal bericht van vluchtwijziging doorgekregen en de laatste is de strafste ! Ruim twee maanden op voorhand stelt men dat mijn terugvlucht in Brussel gaat landen en niet in Antwerpen ! Die tickets zijn sowieso duurder en nu al kan er niet meer voor gezorgd worden dat wij terug in Antwerpen landen ? Ik hoop van harte dat er alsnog een nieuwe vluchtwijziging doorkomt… Heb al vele malen met Tuifly gevlogen, maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt…

Always confusing

Booking and managing Booking online remains confusing with tuifly. I have a "My Tuifly profile", I am logged in, yet none of my saved details transfer into the Booking process. Once booked and paid, you don't get a clear confirmation email with what you have booked I.e. names, flights, schedules, extra products etc. When you go in manage my Booking it indicates that you can book your seat. Yet, impossible to do so. The system doesn't say it but you can't book a seat until 30days before departure.

onduidelijk wat er nu gereserveerd is...

Ik heb een reservatie gemaakt van 11/1 tot 25/1/2025 van Brussel naar Malaga en terug . Ik heb nergens een bevestiging gekregen met de details van de boeking . Dit geeft onzekerheid ,is alles wel in orde.

Very bad experience with Tui team in Cancun

They ask me to buy a return ticket to my wife when the law requires to leave Scxhengen within 90 days. She was leaving Schengen 15 days after arrival in Belgium.

Flight prices are so unpredictable

Searched once, on flight screen showed price x, went to payment page price changed to amount y same number of seats remaining. Came back after few hours same no of seats remaining, price x showed, went to payment page price changed to y again

Confusing

I booked online - 100131109241 - as I have done countless times before. Three days later I received an email informing me that you could not operate the flight from Malaga to Antwerp on 24 August. You said you were looking at options but gave no advice or guidance. I then spent 1.5 hours on the phone to get through to one of your agents. She was super efficient and explained that the best thing to do was to switch to a flight to Zaventem as no Tui flights would go to Antwerp until October. She booked my husband and me on a flight from Malaga on 25/08. When I get the confirmation it shows that the new flights are 70€ cheaper for us both but instead of receiving this as a refund it has been is taken as a fee because I changed the flight. I didn’t want to change it but you told me you could no longer operate it. To add insult to injury I have had to pay again to reserve seats for my husband and I. This is not acceptable. Either you provide the flight I originally booked or sell me the flight I am now booked on at the correct price and refund the double seat booking or I will take the matter up with the ombudsman.

Very easy

When booked on ur site, irs okay to manage the booking. I booked on another site, and it is not possible to manage it. So yeah.... best to book on ur site.

Website condition is good ba I can not say same thing for Mobile app.

First of all I had tried to book by mobile app but It was navigated to mobile web site with my booking request. In my opinion it is not user freiendly. Then I have decided to book on Website. it is more usefull. Also to recomemned to closer airport posibilties are a good thinking.
