I have ordered once from Perfectlybasics and everything was perfect. Unfortynately the skirt doesn´t fit me, but that´s nothing Perfectlybasics can solve. Deliverytime is very short and they offer a big range of well knowned designers. I will surely shop again from them.

To offer free returns. Many web shops have that service and they enclose a delivery note in case you have to send something in return.

Perfectly Basics is the only online shop that I buy from besides Amazon. I think the selection of clothes that you sell is terrific and whenever I order something I usually receive it the following day! I have recommended this website to many of my friends!

I think there should also be free shipping to and FROM Germany. It would also be great if you would have a German account, the same way that you have a Dutch and Belgian one.
