I purchased a canvas With a frame but needed to change one of the photographs. I made an error and the print came to me without the amendment. Customers services were great, they looked in to the issue, identified what had gone wrong and even though it was my error, they replaced the canvas with the new photograph without any additional charge. The canvas was of a very good quality and the finished product was perfect.

I managed to get all photos on computer and into collage-although annoyingly a couple would not load first time but after switch off and re start they went in. Impressed that duplicate pictures were noticed and I was notified and I was able to change. Collage arrived on time -securely packed and quality was good. Overall very pleased with personal service and end result. I will probably use again.

When my canvas arrived i was so shocked it came quicker than expected as a few days ago they only marked it as shipped so it was super quick!! They also took the time to message me and say one picture was blurry and got that sorted quickly! i would defiantly order myself from here again and reccommend them!! very pleased

Really great, ordered a large canvas collage print. All pics were taken from my phone. The printed image quality is really good and as I needed the item by a specific date the company contacted me to say it would arrive well before the expected date and notified me of dispatch. I have previously used Photobox but EasyCollage had a wider range of formats; something I required for the gift I wanted for my father. I felt the price was significantly higher than Photobox and this will always be a consideration when making future purchases.
