This was my first experience of using EasyCollage and I was really impressed. I put together a collage of 50 photos for my sister’s 50th birthday and it was so simple to do. The result was great and the cost was reasonable too. I cropped and edited a few of my photos before adding to the collage which, if you have the knowledge, is a good thing to do with some pics but, even without this knowledge, almost anyone can probably use the site. However, what impressed me the most was the customer service. I wanted to check out payment and delivery options so I emailed the company. They rang me back from Holland within an hour or two and went through everything and explained it really well. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and what’s more, the order that I placed on Friday, arrived the following Monday (and I hadn’t even requested special / express delivery). Really great product and great company to deal with.

The 'save' facility was a little bit confusing at first and I had to upload and save one photo at a time. When I tried to upload 5 or 10 and then save - it wouldn't accept this and I had to start again. It would be good to make the instructions a little clearer and intuitive if possible.

I am extremely happy with the acrylic collage i made, it's excellent quality and looks amazing!! More importantly this was done for my mum's birthday and she loves it! Also once ordered the delivery date given would of been after her birthday so I contacted easy collage and explained this and they then went out of their way to make sure it was delivered before her birthday, which it Was! Would definitely recommend them!!

Great online tool, simple to use and top note to the option to verify quality of picture. Delivery was fast, I received the collage within less than a week (Spain). Images looks perfect.

If I would've known the aluminium was so thin I would've chosen the thicker canvas option. I don't recall seeing any reference for thickness of the aluminium and the explanatory picture must be zoomed in, because it seems to be at least 1 cm. It is however very thin. Looks boring and plain on the wall.

considering the age and quality of some of the pictures , the quality check option ensured that the images where usable , even though, it came out way better than I was expecting . quick delivery and secure packaging .

Maybe put a few 'fragile' stickers on the packaging as the parcel was slightly damaged , luckily there doesn't appear to be any damage to the canvas
