To clarify, during the checkout process, under the delivery address section, there is an option to untick that says, "My billing and delivery addresses are the same." Once unticked, a new section appears, allowing you to fill in your billing address separately.
We can confirm that your order was returned to us and refunded. Additionally, we would like to note that we responded to your first email sent on December 15, with a reply sent to you on December 16. We regret if our response did not meet your expectations or resolve the issue promptly.
