Perfecte afhandeling door de webshop. Bpost daarentegen is wat anders. Pinkers werken, maar het lijkt alsof de pinkdoos van de brommer te snel is en dat de pinker zijn laatste leds daardoor niet doet oplichten. Kan hier eenvoudig iets aan gedaan worden?

I’m only giving 2 stars because I eventually received the item and I’m happy with it (although credit for this should go to Motone). However, the overall experience was frustrating. I ordered the Jupiter exhaust tips on April 18th, based on the website stating they were in stock and would ship within 3–5 business days. I also paid extra for fast shipping. After several days with no confirmation or update, I emailed to ask about the status of my order. I was then informed that the parts were actually not available and would take another week to be ready for shipment. On April 30th, I followed up again and was told the item still wasn’t available. I understand there can be logistical issues, but advertising a product as in stock when it isn’t is misleading. Offering a fast shipping option when it’s not possible only adds to the frustration. I finally received the item on May 9th – over three weeks after purchase. It’s a shame. With better communication and a more accurate website, this company would be far more appealing. The lack of a refund for the fast shipping I paid for, and no gesture to make up for the poor service, means I can’t recommend them. This experience has put me off ordering again.

Package to Czech Republic took a while but I was posted all the time!

Stuur binnen gekregen met kleine beschadigingen deels door onbekende oorzaak en deels door transport. Een controle op beschadiging voor versturen en beter verpakken kan ik alleen zeggen. Netjes opgelost dus verder niks te klagen!
