Don't advertise with being able to deliver the next day If you're unable to do so. My order was placed on Friday, got the confirmation that my order was packed and ready to be shipped and that I should receive the track and trace any moment... Now 1 week later still no track and trace and also no product or even an order update. On top of that their "sale" is just too dumb for words products that were for example 39,95 are still 39,95!! A true bargain. Gives the overall feeling of being a meme company. I did not attempt to contact their customer support for the sole reason that a company should not be pursued by a customer to update a paid for order, especially if you were able to send a "parcel packed" status update. Either ship it or send a status update.

Ordered exhaust and some parts. After a month they wrote that they do not have exhaust in stock and that they did not know when they gonna have it. I asked to cancel the order, but they refunded me for parts they did not have and send me what they did. Ended up paying alot for shipping of some small things. Didn't even include free calendar :( Although support did respond quickly

Ruim assortiment, alles snel binnen. Een product ( een luchtfilter ) zou voorradig zijn, maar is nog steeds niet binnen. Paar keer contact over gehad maar nog steeds geen duidelijkheid over de leverdatum...

Site Web avec un bon choix d'articles pour modifier sa bmw k100...mais rapport qualité prix décevant : caches radiateurs noirs (à mastiquer pour boucher petits trous avant peinture), pareil pour garde bout arrière nu en fibre de verre sur support plaque immatriculation (manque catadioptre et vis de fixation comme le montre la photo sur le site), très belle plaque inox cache injecteurs.

Tot op heden alleen maar positief.
