I received parts with pre-existing damages. There were deep rips on the seat, broken chunks on the fibreglass fairings. All these damages were clearly not from shipping, because the box seem intact and the parts were bubble wrapped. Emailed customer service to address the issue and I still haven’t heard back after 5 business days.
