Ik had een voorvork keerring set besteld. Toen ik ze wou plaatsen bleken het de verkeerde. Daarop heb ik (na eerst telefonisch contact) een mail gestuurd met fotos van de verkeerde keerringen, foto van een oude correcte keerring, typenummer/leeftijd motor, details/foto van de voorvork,..... En gevraagd of ze een link konden sturen naar de correcte keerring. Nu zijn we inmiddels een week verder, heb ik nog geen reponse en inmiddels de correcte keerring ontvangen van een andere website

Leider war ein Artikel nicht sofort lieferbar, was natürlich vorkommen kann. Ich wurde dann mehrmals vertröstet und es gab eine Teillieferung. Nach mehreren Wochen stornierte ich dann die Bestellung und bestellte einen ähnlichen Artikel auf einer anderen Seite. Die Stornierung wurde ignoriert und mir wurde ein paar Tage später der Artikel zugesandt. Nun muss ich auf meine Kosten das Teil zurückschicken.

Had verkeerde vering besteld, en deze retour gestuurd. Vervolgens wou k contact opnemen voor een andere set veren, zowel via mail als telefonisch niet bereikbaar en geen gehoor. Zeer ontevreden hierover.

My package was shipped really fast which was great, but there was an error with the shipping documentation and the package got returned. It’s been over a week with no updates, I filed a support ticket and the only response I received was them asking me why I denied the delivery - this was not the case at all and said so in all of the tracking updates which they clearly didn’t look into. Since then I haven’t heard back. I paid extra for a speedy delivery and now I have no idea what’s happening with my order and no one is reaching out to help.

Produit commandé conforme. Produit eu rupture délai un peu long. Mais n'étant pas pressé cela me convient. Les prix sont très intéressants.

Ich wurde vom Tag der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung immer auf dem neusten Stand der Dinge gebracht. Weil meine Bestellung in der Beschaffung nicht so ganz einfach war, das Motorrad ist von '93 und Neuteile rar. Ist alles super gelaufen, auch die Lieferzeit von 3 Wochen war überraschend kurz.

I bought an item that on the shop website stated shipped in 2 to 4 days. Didn't receive the item for 5 to 6 weeks. When email'd about I would get a reply but very slow to respond but it did eventually get here after being ordered in from a factory as it was made to order. but please don't advertise items that you don't have in stock as going to be shipped in 2 to 4 days please state that these items have to be ordered from a factory before being shipped Having said that I have used the shop before with no issues.
