Top service!

Een helm bestellen, leveren, retourneren (ivm maat te klein), nieuwe leveren, geld van de vorige helm crediteren.. en dat allemaal in 1 week. Geen gezeik, geen gedoe, gewoon top. Wat tegenwoordig niet meer zo vanzelfsprekend is wordt hier wel geleverd. Service met snelheid en goed contact.

Kon ik nergens de juiste binnenband vinden, was het op de site van Cafe Racer een makkie. Een velgrubber in de juiste maat was ook direct gevonden. Bestellen, betalen en de volgende dag al geleverd. In 1 woord : TOP ! ! !

Good service even though the site sold me items that were out of stock

My order took a long time to arrive due to delivery problems with the manufacturer and the items weren't marked as being out of stock on the site when buying them, but the communication in the meantime remained friendly and helpful.

Produit fidèle à sa description.

Ma commande à mis beaucoup de temps à arriver mais ce n'est pas la faute de Café racer webshop. Cela à prit du temps car la pièce n'était plus en stock, ni chez le fournisseur. Mais après un certain temps, la pièce est arrivée, conforme à sa description. Jolie spoiler pour Aprilia Shiver 750. Je tenez à remercier la société de m'avoir tenue au courant assez souvent par e-mail, de l'évolution de la situation.

Setje risers besteld. Contact met de klantenservice was super snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Moest even wachten tot ze weer op voorraad waren, maar heel fijn dat je een mail alert daarvoor kunt aanzetten. Werkt allemaal prima!
