A website that was quick and easy to navigate. Products were sent out quickly and arrived on time with up to date tracking information. OEM parts were of good quality and packaged well. A 5 star performance, many thanks.

Good as usual, though this time took longer but was later informed due to issues with Piaggio. Will order again as own a Derbi GPR and need a reliable company to order parts from! Didn't fill out the last 5 review points as an English speaker.

Simple clear ordering. Good follow-up and excellent delivery time - 10/10 for me. Highly recommended. One slight criticism - which is vs zVespa, not Easy Prts is that the helmet I ordered had no protection, other than the box it cam in, but luckily it arrived unscathed.

customer service was not good enough to answer my questions.The shipping fee to Turkey was calculated as 114 € and to Greece 7.95 €. When I said that is price included customs tax , they gave a simple answer "NO" They said 2-3 days delivery to Greece, today is the 9th day, my parcel still hasn't arrived.

What a wonderful experience awaited me: constant updates regarding the processing of my order, constant updates from the courier company and my order arrived a LOT faster than I could imagine, especially getting through my local customs, which does not have a reputation for efficiency.
