I ordered a Vespa top box, box holder, and backrest. The price was very competitive. Customer service informed me at every step of the delivery. The package was good. I am delighted with my order and the service.

Firstly I'd like to say that the price I paid was great, very good value I had difficulty fitting a part of a kit I had purchased. I contacted them as I believed the part might not be the correct part. One of the reasons I suspected it could an incorrect part was that when the package was originally opened the instructions were crumpled and the was handwriting on the instruction. This to me shows that the package was not brand new. I asked Customer service if they could compare the picture i sent to the part in their stock to if confirm if it is the correct part. They replied that the package was brand new(even though the instructions had writing on it) and did not answer my suggestion to check their stock against my picture. They then told me to return the item What is frustrating is that I still don't know where the fault lies, is it with my scooter or the part? Do I order another kit hoping that a new one fits? I would know if they could have been bothered to check their stock to see if I had an incorrect part or not.

The communication was very good , I found a lot of parts, I got the items very fast .But the issue is that you don't know the shipping fees except after buying I prefer to know it before . Also I would like to know how much do I have to pay in UPS for customs before I decide to buy the items. In general I will always buy my things concerning my motorcycle from easy part

I have ordered accessories for the Vespa gts 300 scooter and every time I have found the necessary parts. The goods have arrived here in Finland by mail directly to the door within about a week. I have also sometimes had to ask for more information about the product by email and I have received an answer. There have never been any problems. Thanks to EasyParts :)

They offer a really good service and will order in anything that's not held in stock.

The item I ordered came from Holland to the UK and with delivery and the extra import duties down to Brexit it was still cheaper than I could get at home. Was delivered super quick and well packaged and up to date tracking info was well received. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again.
