Good communication -Really bad delivery options

I have ordered an expensive drug for my pet over a month and it hasn't still arrived.If your order is to Greece you must know that orders take too long to arrive.I hope it will finally come... Company claims that it was send the next day of my order and the postcompany in Greece delays a lot(though,i don't have this kind of experience with Greek post office) .I believe they should find a better way to deliver their products even if that mend more expensive prices.

Worst company ever

Never order from this site.I have ordered an expensive drug for my pet over a month and it hasn't still arrived.They don't even answer to my mails.I lost 84E and my dog still suffers.
