I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied.
In the case of medicines, you naturally want it to be delivered as quickly as possible. We do our best to do so.
I see that your order came in to us on the evening of Friday 18 December. The recipe was approved on Monday 21 December. We cannot do this any faster.
As you may have heard, that very weekend the border to England was closed. There were thousands of lorries stopped at the border. We were unable to dispatch your order at that time.
As soon as it was possible again, we sent your order. That was on 6 January. According to the carrier, it was delivered to you on 13 January.
All this has been communicated to you via email to which you have also responded.
Despite the pandemic and Brexit we can currently deliver to the UK.
We are very happy with that. Hopefully you can also appreciate our efforts.
