It is annoying to hear that you are dissatisfied, but it is a good thing that you are passing this on. This can only improve our service.
What we are allowed to deliver is determined by your vet. They write that down on the prescription. We cannot ignore that.
Treatments change, so if your vet writes one prescription, it does not immediately apply for life.
The first order or one-time prescriptions take about a week before we can release the order. You will see that if you have a repeat prescription the second order can be processed a lot faster.
Since the outbreak of the Corona virus, the transporters have been very busy. Deliveries have indeed been delayed as a result.
We apologise for this.
The €2.50 that is withheld when cancelling a prescription order is clearly stated on our webshop at the time you place the order.
