Not satisfied

Order # 300011116 (placed on 7 November 2020) I placed the order on 7. 11, and today on 19.11 have not yet received my shipment. I have several times made you aware, that the shipment can be followed to France via T&T - I live in Denmark. The shipment has not moved since 12.11.

I think that the delivery time is too long

I ordered a medicine for my cat on the 21st October and I am still waiting for it to arrive 12 days later and I live in Ireland. I didn't think the postal system from the Netherlands to Ireland was that slow. As my cat needed the medicine urgently i had to buy it from my vet. I am very unsatisfied that the medicine has not arrived yet.

Bad experience

pharmacy4pets verkoopt artikelen die het niet op voorraad heeft. Dus ik accepteerde een soortgelijk item dat veel minder kostte ... maar de website vergoedde slechts de helft! de verzendkosten werden aan mij in rekening gebracht terwijl ik vrij was. de laatste drie vragen om de bestelling uiteindelijk te weigeren, bleven onbeantwoord. Ik raad phamacy4pets ten zeerste af. 4000007484

Disappointing
