Amazing company! They carry a product that I needed and was not available where I live, so they were able to ship it to my family in Germany, who then sent it to me, and I am so thankful! My cat is doing much better with this medication, and likes the taste of it! I will definitely be getting the Pronefra from them from here on out!

Unless you are multilingtual do NOT use this website if you are from the UK. There is no choice to post to the UK on the dropdown menu of countries. The only way to do this is to log in to the dutch website direct where everything is in Dutch and order that way where the UK is listed as a country - but it's listed in Dutch. I found this out after a ludicrous number of emails to their customer service. And if you do order in this way the confirmation email is of course in Dutch and then it's posted out via Deutsche post so the delivery email ends up in German. Great if you speak a lot of languages but if you are in the UK and only speak English there are easier websites in the EU to use.

They should accept the prescription by mail at least when it is a renewal of the same medication. Postmail takes time and they had forgotten having received days before
