i have not opened up the items yet coz it s for the new house. but pattern looks correct and should not have any issue. however the delivery is the worst in history i dont know abt other countries but in singapore it s using a subsidiary of FexEx called Tnt and they are a bunch of incompetent and dishonest people working in customer service. i already paid 190 euros for shipping and they tried to post me some crappy ill printed bill after one month to ask for some tax plus extra charges. i already filed a direct complaint to them.

Excellent choice, quality, and price. Really pleased with our new rug. We had to be extra patient with UPS who took almost 2 weeks to deliver it from Belgium to the UK, but the wait was well worth it. The rug looks and fits perfectly. Superb quality, too! This is our second time purchasing direct from the Louis de Poortere Store and I don't think it will be out last. Highly recommended. :-)

This is the second time we’ve ordered rugs from Louis de Poortere, and the service has been excellent. The rugs are of excellent quality, and at an unbelievably good price in the outlet store. Our previous order was before brexit, and I am still waiting to see what sort of import tax we will have to pay this time, but I can unreservedly recommend your company ( and have done to several friends).

Die Anlieferung war für einen Freitag avisiert kam aber nicht. Im Tracking stand daraufhin Pending. Am Dienstag stand plötzlich der TNT Fahrer vor der Tür. Er scheint den Teppich im Regen hinter sich hergezogen zu haben. Auf jeden Fall ist eine Teppichkante extrem dreckig, bei einem hellem Teppich ungünstig. Ich habe eine Mail an den Support geschickt und warte auf Antwort.

Vlug geantwoord per mail op mijn vragen. Vlugge levering.
