Réception du tapis bien enveloppé, délai très raisonable. un seul bémol, le livreur ne nous a pas donné de créneau de livraison, nous étions chez nous par chance.

Selecting and comparing different models on the website works well. I got a good impression of the rug. I was a little confused by the holiday times and that it took a couple of days until the confirmation of the shipment company came. But the rug arrived within the promissed 5 days and Looks amazing and has a nice, smooth texture. One small downside: the rug wrinkles pretty easily, because of its low thickness. Unless this really tiny down, I‘m very happy with the rug and would buy it again.

Efficient as could be hoped for. Only peculiarity, did lots of research on usual interior design supplier websites (such as Naken) and despite preponderance of January sales, LDP own online shop was by far the best price. As far as Google searches go, the LDP site is way down the rankings and it took a bit of determined effort to find you! Coming from Belgium, delivery time was exemplary -- again compared with UK-based retailers (as painful experience of Naken has proven recently...) Many thanks, we'll be back and have already suggested to friends and family to have a good look at what's available in your store.

Ayant eu la mauvaise surprise de recevoir un des deux tapis commandés dont la couleur ne correspondait absolument pas au model présenté sur le site, j'ai envoyé un message au service client pour faire part de mon problème et n'ai reçu aucune réponse ! Voilà comment on traite les clients ici !...

Op 24-01-2023 bestelling geplaatst. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. De vervoerder zegt de track en trace code niet te herkennen (?) Communicatie met Louis de Poorters erg lastig en traag. Ik ga er vooralsnog van uit dat het opgelost wordt. Ik kan dus nog geen goede beoordeling geven.

Très beau tapis et prix de vente très raisonnable

I bought 2 rugs which arrived promptly. However I returned one unsuitable rug 14/11/2022. Company received it beginning of December. Despite claiming to have a 14 day refund policy from receipt of the goods this is incorrect. After numerous emails they claim to have refunded my account and claim that the bank transfer can take up to 14 more days. Almost 3 weeks later and I have not received any refund! Stay away from this company. Customer service poor

In de outlet een hele gave traploper besteld en hier ben ik ook erg blij mee. Het werd ook snel verzonden. In de tekst stond dat de lopen 90 cm breed zou zijn, en dit zou precies passen in de trap van 91 cm breed. Helaas is de loper 93 cm breed en moet dit dus nog op maat gemaakt worden. Inmiddels eindelijk een bedrijf gevonden dat dit kan doen dus het wordt wel heel gaaf, maar had dit liever geweten zodat ik er een bewuste keuze voor had kunnen maken. Verder is de kwaliteit heel goed en mooi dus zou het zeker aanbevelen.
