Recent outlet sale item purchased. Fantastic quality and well packed for delivery. Rugs are a little thinner than wool ones would be but that was what we were after to put on existing carpet. Rug is backed with latex so doesn’t slip around. Flat after only a few hours from the packaging, very soft underfoot. Good sales communication and despite issues with customs caused by you know what, the rug arrived in about 7 days. Not Louis De Poortere fault. Thank you for bringing great rugs to U.K.

Could only be improved by supplying a link for the carrier company. My rug was delivered by a company that is not listed on your website and tracking my delivery took a bit of detective work

nachdem man mir einen Teppich gesendet hat, der nicht der angebotenen Farbe entsprach, musste ich x mal die Firma anschreiben, um endlich ein Rücksendeetikett zu bekommen. Stattdessen forderte man immer wieder doch bitte eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Das tue ich jetzt hiermit. Telefonate endeten meist plötzlich in Besetztzeichen, bevor man weitergeleitet wurde. Oder es ging niemand dran. Also ich würde es mir gut überlegen dort was zu kaufen, denn auf den Versandkosten in Höhe von 15 € bleiben Sie sitzen.

Old looking rug with a modern twist……perfect for my house. Best deal on the web by more than 50%. Love a bargain although I would have bought this rug anyway.

I purchased 2 rugs in July and received a note saying due to holidays rugs wouldn’t be despatched until mid August. It’s now mid Oct and after repeatedly trying to contact the company I still haven’t received the rugs, refund nor an explanation. I can only assume the company is in dire financial difficulty and should be avoided .

Everything about the ordering process was smooth, starting from ordering to receiving the product. The rug itself is beautiful.
