The color in pictures differs too much from reality

Ik betaalde voor 2 tapijten, kreeg 1 toegestuurd. Men stelde voor om 1 tapijt terug te betalen, doch op heden geen terugbetaling gezien.

Nous n'avons pas encore déballé notre tapis destiné à notre résidence principale. Par contre nous avons eu une réponse très rapide à nos questions et surtout une livraison très rapide et à l'heure prévue! Merci pour tant de professionnalisme.

what a great shop and fast delivery

I ordered and pid two carpets from outlet sortiment, but got one. Customer service answered quickly and offered me to choose same size from whole sortiment without surcharge.

Un mail du 3 juin m'a averti que mon colis avait été expédié et que la livraison était programmée le 7 juin. Nous sommes le 11, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai adressé un "ticket" à de Poortere, comme on l'indique sur le site. Pas de réponse. Après avoir contacté UPS, qui doit me livrer, il semble que ma commande ne leur soit pas encore parvenue. Bref, je n'y comprends rien et je trouve cette situation insupportable.

Il m'importait de commander un tapis ne provenant pas d'une région hors UE et en matière naturelle. J'ai été ravie de découvrir Louis de Poortere et d'acquérir un beau tapis très rapidement envoyé et livré. Il va bien avec mon intérieur. Merci !

Beautiful rugs, quality image.

This is the second time I buy carpets from Louis de Poortere. Again, very fast and reliable. Carpets are true to the images on their website. They do not smell, they feel nice to the touch (feet). I appreciate the cottony feel. The patterns are very nice and modern. The only thing I do not find quite perfect: the carpets are rather thin and do not lay quite flat, especially when they are long and narrow (hallway) carpets.

U maakt een kwalitatief hoogstaand product De helpdesk was vriendelijk maar wel wat weinig bekwaam. Het koste 3 telefoongesprekken om er achter te komen dat ik het product zelf moest zoeken en bestellen

Er blij met het kleed! Alleen de levering ging heel erg stroef via UPS en erg slechte communicatie van UPS via hun site. Dus het duurde lang voordat ik hem eindelijk thuis had.

Le produit est arrivé rapidement, bien emballé et il est de très bonne qualité. Les couleurs sont lumineuses et le rendu est parfait. Je recommande !

J'ai commandé un article disponible sur internet. Plus en stock une fois payée. Pas de relation client par téléphone donc très compliqué d avoir un autre article en échange par mail. J'ai donné plusieurs choix en me basant sur les coloris des photos. Je pensais acheter dans les tons bleus gris.... ce qui est arrivé est plutôt dans les tons beige. Très déçue.
