Navraag via mail over vloerkleed 230x230 cm gaf aan niet meer in assortiment te zitten, maar via de outlet bleek gewenst kleed wel/ met korting leverbaar. Bezorging duurde ook langer dan toegezegd.

Binnen 3 dagen bezorgd. Minpuntje, de kleuren op de website zijn in het echt toch anders. Dacht grijs te bestellen en dit was meer groen/ grijs. Misschien handig om dit op de website te vermelden.

Het ondertapijt ontbrak bij de zending maar werd per expresse post nagezonden. De communicatie omtrent order en verzending via de mail is wat summier.

I bought my first Fading World Louis de Poortere rug for my lounge about 8 years ago and it still looks like new. It has now been retired to my sons bedroom and I have since bought 3 more large Fading World rugs. I have them in 3 different colours. Jade, Scarlet and Raspberry Cream. I love the quality of them. They are very smooth like velvet under your feet . Because of the flat weave they always look neat and never look worn out like rugs with longer pile. They are easy to vacuum too and no static! Plus they don't shed dust or fibres which is excellent for my husband who is asthmatic. I have just received 2 small mats and they are the same amazing quality. These rugs are worth the money because they are well made, hard wearing and always look good. I'm so happy with mine and intend to get 2 more for my bedroom in the near future. I received excellent service from Louis de Poortere. They notified me of dispatch and sent tracking information and their communication is excellent and very prompt. I recommend them most highly

This is our second Louis De Poortere rug and I cannot fault the quality. The rug is beautiful and the service to get it to Australia from Belgium was excellent.

Je n'avais pas souhaité ouvrir un compte pour un seul achat. J'aurai dû le faire. De ce fait, après avoir essayé de remplir la fiche d'achat à plusieurs reprises, le site efface toutes les données et il faut recommencer, mon numéro d'adresse avait été effacé. Et donc effacé du bon de commande sans que je m'en aperçoive. J'ai fait l'achat sur le site le dimanche soir. J'ai adressé un mail le lundi en demandant que le numéro d'adresse (361) puisse être rajouté (la rue fait deux kilomètres). Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. De ce fait, le transporteur n'a pas pu me livrer. L'adresse était incomplète. Je suis allé chercher le tapis directement à l'entrepôt. En résumé, ça n'a pas été simple. L'interface du site pour commander est moyenne sans être mauvaise. Il y a des sites en ligne plus faciles et intuitifs. Je suis très satisfait du tapis.
