Matige service

Ik moest best lang in de wacht hangen, en toen ik eindelijk aan de beurt was, was de vraag of de betreffende persoon me terug mocht bellen want hij was druk. Uiteindelijk wel teruggebeld met de boodschap dat mijn kleed niet was verzonden (week geleden verzendbevestiging ontvangen) en dat ze dit nu alsnog gaan doen. Ik zou een nieuwe track en trace ontvangen, tot op heden helaas niets

Appalling customer service

I still haven't received my rug. It is held by UPS as they are charging me duty fees - which I have begrudgingly paid yesterday, but the delivery date has yet to be confirmed. I did not realise this could be an issue when ordering the rug. I queried the situation yesterday - see the response below. The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. The fact that the product is of preferential origin does not mean much to me, so it was a surprise to get a duty bill for over £60. And I am painfully aware, thank you, that we have left the EU. I am French and wish it wasn't the case! I would be very grateful if you could help clear this matter and get my rug delivered! It is now 8 days late. Prachtig kleed

Fantastic service

We accidentally ordered the wrong item, and unfortunately LDB did’nt see our ticket, so they sent it and we received it. However, they were very attentive and accepted a return and sent out the new carpet to replace it without any hassle. Good customer service!
