Martin van Louis de Poortere heeft me zeer goed geholpen. Ik heb een fantastisch kleed ontvangen nadat het kleed wat ik besteld had uitverkocht bleek te zijn.

Op dit moment drie vloerkleden van Louis de poortere liggen en met alle drie zeer tevreden. Geen standaard kleden, stof blijft mooi. Op de website ook mooie aanbiedingen.

I buyed a rug 240*170 from the outlet on a sunday afternoon and it has arrived the next thursday. Excellent carpet, 100% cotton with a very affordable price (it was on sale). Fit perfectly in my living room.

It was a very good experience overall. The ordered item was out of stock, so interaction was needed, with a very helpful member of the staff, until I decide to wait for the restock. To my surprise, it was delivered earlier than expected and the product exceded my expectations in both quality and appearance. I would definetely buy again from this trustworthy seller.

Expérience client irréprochable avec juste un bémol : les frais d'expédition étaient presque aussi cher que le prix d'achat du tapis (environ 25 € de prix du tapis et environ 15 € de frais d'envoi). Si possible, il serait intéressant de proposer différents type d'envoi (postal ou UPS par exemple) pour permettre au client de choisir des frais de port proportionnés à la valeur d'achat du produit.

Haven't ever bought a carpet over the internet without looking at it in real life. However, the pictures on the site are representative and true. The speed of delivery was great. Am very happy with this purchase and love my new mat!!

I ordered a rug to be delivered to my sister in an another country. She is very happy with it! There was a small mishap with my order as for some reason it was not visible in their system. The matter was taken care of quickly after I contacted the customer support with my order number. This was my second order from Louis De Poortere and I love their rugs.

There is no mention for returns Should the rug not be suitable and when my rug was delivered the courier dumped it in my garden without ringing the bell or calling me. Fortunately I discovered it before it rained.

We found just the right carpet/rug online. It was quite a gamble as we hadn't been able to see the rug 'for real' due to Covid. The rug wasn't cheap so we really expected it to be good quality. During the order process we were warned that it might take longer to deliver because of Covid so we were prepared for a long wait. Luckily within 2.5 weeks of ordering a beautiful, well made, good quality rug was deliverd looking exactly like the photo on the website. So, happy customers!
