Très beau tapis conforme à la description sur le site. Livraison rapide

Loper besteld en volgende dag geleverd. Mooi ingepakt. Klein minpuntje: op leveradres was foutief huisnummer vermeld. Bezorger was daar niet zo blij mee.

Enkele kleden besteld met korting. Eentje was niet leverbaar. Als service een kleed mogen kiezen uit de gehele collectie. Perfect.

This was the third time when I purchased rugs from Louis De Poortere store. This time I bought four rugs from Out Let and they were disappointments. The anti-slip backing had gone hard and stiff and it didn’t work any longer as it should have done. Instead it made rug wrinkled and wavy. The colors are beautiful but since the rug doesn’t stay flat it seems dangerous and feels rather disturbing. Earlier when I bought the rugs from ordinary sale the anti-slip backing was sticky and flexible. The rug sticked onto floor and stayed flat as it should. But now I realised that this anti-stick material grows old and later on I will probably have problems with these other two rugs as well.

Goede website en goede prijs, gemakkelijk om te navigeren en te bestellen. Snelle aflevering, niet te veel verpakking! Beide tapijten lijken echt mooi en de slipvrije kant is een bonus! Heel erg bedankt!

Amazing, beautiful, intricate craftsmanship. I am a huge fan of their rugs and have got several dotted around the house. Visitors always comment on how beautiful they are. Even better is the level of customer care I recently experienced from them and I will continue to be a loyal customer and fan. My highest recommendation for Louis De Poortere and especially Dana from their customer relations team.

Un seul regret : sur le site le tapis commandé était indiqué « LAINE et COTON », or son étiquette indique « 100% Coton » Toutefois je l’ai acheté en soldes, donc pas trop de regret. Sinon, expédition très rapide

We hadden een prachtig vloerkleed gezien op de website, omdat we deze niet in het echt hadden kunnen bekijken was het spannend of deze precies zo zou zijn als we hadden verwacht, levering was al binnen een paar dagen via UPS en het vloerkleed is prachtig, zijn er heel blij mee!

Nach sehr langem Zögern habe ich zwei grosse Teppiche bestellt, weil ich sie mir perfekt in meinem Loft vorstellen konnte. Die Lieferung war sogar schneller, als ich erwartet habe (von Flandern nach Deutschland unter 1 Woche). Die Teppiche entsprechen farblich den Fotos. Sie fühlen sich angenehm an, haben keinen Geruch. Qualität/Preis ist in sehr gutem Verhältnis. Meine einzige kleine Einschränkung: Der grössere Teppich (230x330cm) liegt nach inzwischen 3 Wochen immer noch nicht völlig faltenlos, hierfür reicht wohl die 3mm Höhe/Dichte nicht. Hierzu wäre eine kleine Hilfestellung auf der Webseite - FAQ? - perfekt.

Très belle qualité des tapis (c'est le deuxième que j'achète) et livraison ultra-rapide. Je reviendrai!

Beautiful carpet that meets expectations

Your website is not working completely smooth. I had problems with finalizing the order because the page crashed and gave false information. Also the chat function did not really work as it took long to get a reply which was not synced with the reply from the customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff but technology could use some improvement. Despite this I am a happy customer after receiving my carpet.
