Correcte levering en product

Un excellent suivi de commander pour un tapis de qualité. Totalement satisfaite.

Le tapis commandé est magnifique et de bonne qualité. Je n'ai pu résister à en commander un 2ème quelques jours après. Par contre, la livraison GLS est catastrophique, ils refusent de donner un créneau horaire plus précis que 8h-18h et quand on leur téléphone, ils vous répondent qu'ils ne savent pas où en est le chauffeur...aucun texto de sa part et quand il arrive, il ne sonne pas et vous balance le tapis dans le jardin. Prévoyez donc une journée de congé à chaque commande...
