Excellent company, the products met expectation and everything arrived quickly and smoothly into the UK. There were no unexpected taxes to pay. Once in the UK there were a couple I'd delays to delivery but that's typical in the UK, since little works here without some sort of problems. I'd use you again and recommend your excellent service in Belgium.

Prima service , kleed kwam vroeger dan wij wilden, dit is mooi gecorrigeerd door een medewerker van LdeP . Helaas is het kleed toch niet wat we ervan dachten, dus sturen we het terug.

Le choix sur le site est très bien. Je connais pas ailleurs la qualité des tapis DePoorte mais je ne peux pas encore donner mon avis sur celui commandé car le livreur s est trompé de tapis et après une semaine je n ai toujours pas récupéré le mien. Dommage ça ça avait été rapide.

I have ordered a rug 9 days ago. I got a delivery follow up link - which did not work. I have not received the rug. I have sent two inquiries about it but not received any answer. Could you pls be in touch with me as soon as possible and get me the rug I have paid for.

The shipment had been left on the back porch without any notice before or after from the transport company. It was a surprise to find the carpet package there. Otherwise no complaints.
