You can honestly purchase from the UK with no concerns about delivery. The service is amazing. Good communication and super fast delivery. The quality of their products is also great. I’ve had a few things now and have never been disappointed.

Arrived quickly, good quality. Colours aren't as vivid as expected but very good for its price.

Ik bestelde een loper, maar vergiste mij van de afmetingen. Hierdoor moest er een gedeelte terug naar de firma. Levering en communicatie gebeurde vlekkeloos en uiterst vriendelijk (zowel planning als vervoer).

Tapis conforme aux attentes et gros problème avec la livraison

We bought carpets of the same brand about 15 years ago. Since then, we have tried to find the same ones, without success. Now my friend suggested me your online store. I immediately found the carpets I liked! I immediately ordered 2 pieces. Delivery to Finland in 5 days!

J'ai eu un petit problème avec l'envoi du mauvais tapis, mais Guillaume a répondu immédiatement et a réglé le problème très rapidement. Une bonne communication est essentielle à un bon service. Aussi, les soldes are incroyable..Très heureux. Merci.

Het bestelde tapijt voldoet volledig aan mijn verwachtingen. De levering gebeurde conform de afspraak.

Although there was a delay with the delivery date the company kept me updated. I was satisfied with the customer service. And as far as the quality of the rug l have no complaints. However l was dissapointed with the look of the rug it wasn't like the photo on line, it was much paler in colour in fact it look faded. I'm aware that this picticular rug does have faded areas. But this looks like it's been in direct sunlight. Also it has a very noticeable flore. On it. It's such a shame as l have bought Lois De Poortere rugs before and they have been identical to the photos

Commande réalisée le 08/11/2023. Colis réceptionné le 09/11/2023 par GLS BELGIQUE. Le colis n'arrive pas ! Réclamation auprès de GLS BELGIQUE qui me renvoie vers GLS FRANCE. GLS FRANCE m'informe qu'ils n'ont pas reçu la livraison de GLS BELGIQUE. Nouvelle réclamation auprès de GLS BELGIQUE qui m'annonce que le colis va être livré vers GLS FRANCE mais en consultant le code track & trace, je constate que le colis est toujours dans leur dépôt. Situation désespérante face au manque de professionnalisme de la Sté GLS BELGIQUE. Grâce à l'intervention de la Sté De Poortere auprès de son prestataire, le colis me parvient enfin le 20/11. Hormis le souci de livraison, nous sommes entièrement satisfait du produit reçu et de sa qualité.

The photos are a very good representation of the colours and textures. Delivery to my country was free which was great. I didn’t find that out til the checkout though. So that information could be more visible on the site. Definitely recommend.
