Appalling customer service
I still haven't received my rug. It is held by UPS as they are charging me duty fees - which I have begrudgingly paid yesterday, but the delivery date has yet to be confirmed.
I did not realise this could be an issue when ordering the rug. I queried the situation yesterday - see the response below. The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. The fact that the product is of preferential origin does not mean much to me, so it was a surprise to get a duty bill for over £60. And I am painfully aware, thank you, that we have left the EU. I am French and wish it wasn't the case!
I would be very grateful if you could help clear this matter and get my rug delivered! It is now 8 days late.

You were shocked? Do you understand that your country has left the EU since the 1st of January?
Here is the invoice. It is stated on the invoice that the product you bought is of preferential origin.
If you show this to UPS, they will refund you the £64,36.
