So gar: Not a good experience

I ordered and I paid 2 Carpets. The small one was delivered by UPS. the big carpet however has not arrived yet! Apparently both were forwarded via UPS. SInce 1 week i am waiting .... I want an immediate clarification and Information when the big carpet will be delivered in Münster!

Order split up still waiting for the large expensive rug with NO TRACKING

I'm in the UK. I bought 6 rugs and was told 3-5 days delivery. Got a tracking number so fantastic. Only 5 rugs arrived. The largest and most expensive rug was not in the order. I emailed twice and got a reply the next day saying that because the rug is large it had to be shipped with someone else.......there was no mention of this on my account order page or any communication from LDP. So I asked for the tracking number and was told: "Unfortunately, the transporter Verhoek doesn’t work with tracking numbers." It's the 21st Century guys! The rug cost over £1000. I have NO IDEA when the rug is coming. No tracking? Really? I just looked on the Verhoek website (I still have no rug) and there is a place to put in your track number so Martin the guy I was emailing at LDP may be mistaken. I asked if they at least would let me know when the order might arrive the day before and was told: "Unfortunately there is not much I can do. I’ll try to contact them to see if they can contact you before delivery." If it were me I'd call Verhoek and ask them where the rug is. Lack of communication when we live in a world of electronic communication is just poor.

Great selection, great prices and great service

I was very impressed with the selection of rugs in the 'last chance' and outlet sections of the website and also very happy with the reduced prices. I did an initial order, then decided to order another rug the next day, so to combine the orders into a single delivery and avoid extra delivery charges, I contacted customer services. They responded very quickly and helpfully merged the two orders into one and refunded me the delivery charges on the second order.
