We accidentally ordered the wrong item, and unfortunately LDB did’nt see our ticket, so they sent it and we received it. However, they were very attentive and accepted a return and sent out the new carpet to replace it without any hassle. Good customer service!

Le tapis est tel que sur la photo et les couleurs aussi ... Malheureusement, déroulé il reste ondulé en son centre, comme s'il était détendu à certains endroit ou bien les coutures trop serrées ! J'ai déposé des objets lourds aux endroits stratégiques, mais lorsque je les retire, les ondulations (larges bulles) reviennent ??? J'ai déjà eu précédemment du tapis plain venant de votre maison et il est resté impeccable tout le temps où il a été placé (10 ans) Sur base, peut être accidentelle de celui-ci, je ne peux malheureusement pas vous recommander auprès d'un ami.

I wanted to leave this review to commend exemplary service that I received recently from the Louis de Poortere team online. Having ordered an outlet rug during Black Friday, I was contacted to say that the chosen rug was no longer available. The service I received thereafter from Martin Dryon was completely above and beyond any expectations: not only were we able to select another model with no further cost, we were contacted courteously throughout and kept updated with the options available. Moreover, the email communication was always prompt and proactive, as well as the customer service resolution being of the highest standard. The new rug arrived within days and is absolutely beautiful. Not only will we be returning as customers, we've already recommended Louis de Poortere to friends and family.

Rug arrived 10 days after being ordered in week before Christmas and coming from Belgium in all the port delays. It’s a beautiful rug and looks great.

J'avais d'abord vu, et apprécié, ce tapis dans un show-room, mais, sans doute par plaisanterie, ou pour se moquer de moi, le vendeur m'a dit qu'il coûtait 1480 €. Je suis partie sans insister. J'ai alors cherché sur votre site, et je l'ai retrouvé, il était en solde à 101 € ! J'ai acheté la dimension au-dessus, au prix de 148 €. Il a été livré rapidement, et j'en suis très contente, d'autant plus que habituellement, je n'aime pas acheter quelque chose que je n'ai pas "tâté". Dans ce cas, j'ai eu l'occasion de le voir... et je l'ai acheté un bon prix !
